The Mizoram State Medical Council (MSMC) is a statutory body constituted under the provisions of the Indian Medical Council Act and the Mizoram Medical Council Act. It serves as the regulatory authority responsible for maintaining the standards of medical practice and ethics within the state of Mizoram.

Our Role

As the licensing and regulatory body for doctors in Mizoram, MSMC is responsible for: ⚖️ Registration and verification of medical qualifications. ⚖️ Issuing certificates of Good Standing, NOC, and renewals. ⚖️ Addressing grievances and enforcing disciplinary actions when needed. ⚖️ Facilitating awareness and compliance with national medical regulations.
