Application fees are non-refundableAll application fees paid by the candidate to the Mizoram State Medical Council (MSMC) are not refundable.

Fees for other services (renewal, transfer, Good Standing Certificate, NOC, duplicate certificate and so on) are notified by the Council with the payment details.
How fees are paid
- Submit your application on this website.
- The Council sends you the applicable fee and the payment details.
- Pay only as instructed in the details sent to you by the Council. This website does not collect payments.
- An officer records your payment, and your application then moves to document verification.
Please note
- All application fees paid by the candidate to MSMC are non-refundable.
- Fees are paid by challan. The Council sends the challan and payment details after you submit your application.
- Existing registrants who want online access and an online certificate also complete the form and pay the applicable fee.
